TUITION: $400.00 first instructor $300 for additional instructors, 32 hours instruction,

3 years certification & OPN Instructor Manual. $200.00 for OPN Instructor recertification.

DESCRIPTION: This is a certified training course in the approved OPN Instructor techniques. Students who successfully complete this course are certified for 3 years and capable to instruct the Basic OPN Course. The OPN is implemented in Corrections and Law Enforcement agencies nationally.

INSTRUCTOR: Sgt. Kevin D. Orcutt (Ret.) is the OPN inventor, Master Instructor and President of Orcutt Police Defensive Systems, Inc. with 36 years in Law Enforcement and Police DT training. He holds a 1st Degree Black Belt in Jukado and is nationally recognized for the OPN. He has appeared on ABC World News Tonight, CBS This Morning, CNN, The Science Channel, People Magazine, Law and Order Magazine and Westword News Magazine. Sergeant Orcutt was inducted into the 1997 World Martial Arts Hall of Fame, receiving the Life Achievement award. Sgt. Orcutt was awarded the El Jebel Shriners International Medal of Honor for Meritorious Service in 2013. In 1984, he was awarded a U.S. Design Patent for the OPN. Since 1984, Master Instructor Orcutt has personally certified over 900 OPN Instructors.
